Title
Night at an Arlington Diner
Artist
Victoria Lakes
Medium
Painting - Acrylic On Canvas
Description
Anyone who is familiar with Arlington, Virginia, has probably passed by Bob and Edith's Diner on Columbia Pike, which is open 24 hours. It is a place where people from all walks of life can get a good, inexpensive meal at any time of day. Here, I have depicted the diner as a bright haven on a dreary night.

Great capture of the local culture. I enjoy the stylized presentation. It can be a treasure to be meditated on day after day, night after night!

Great capture of the local culture; I enjoy the opposite time of the day in the lower set. This adds to the body of knowledge about our age in the age to come!
